Camp Wander's Ultimate Serum |
Four months ago, on January 1st, 2014, I decided to give it a try and on an impulse, took a "selfie" of my neck.
My neck has been my "problem" area for quite some time now and I had no idea what to do about it.
I was pretty sure plastic surgery was not an option.
I'm not a fan of pain and I'll keep my wrinkles rather than inflict that sort of pain upon myself willingly.
I have been very pleased with the results I've seen after four months.
I can't say that I used it every single day for the last four months, but I tried!

Today, four months to the day later, I took another selfie and comparing them side by side, I think the difference is pretty awesome.
Just in case you've never taken a cellphone picture of your own neck, let me say that it's not the easiest bit of photography you'll ever do.
This is not a "cheap" blend, in fact it contains some of the most pricey oils out there, but it should last you several months even if you use it daily. A little really does go a long way with this. In fact, I just mixed up my second 15ml bottle just this week.
You also have the most awesome feeling of "special" when you apply this. It's just that sort of blend.
As promised, here are the results after four months. I will take more pictures in a month or so and we'll see even less wrinkles I'm sure.
While I focused on the neck area, the rest of my face also benefited from this blend.

Becky, it really is! I love it.
ReplyDeleteTotally awesome!! I've got the same "problem" area, made up a batch of Rebecca's serum and have been using it for about 6 weeks now! I look forward to seeing equally awesome results!!
ReplyDeleteJust be consistent with it. I always put it on before my makeup. I don't use moisturizer either, that might even help more.
DeleteIs this best for wrinkles, or do u think it would help with jowels?

ReplyDeleteTanya, I would think it would tighten any skin, since it tightens and smooths the wrinkle out. My neck was pretty "loose" but it's firming up nicely these days, getting better all the time. I think it would be worth a shot.
DeleteThis is really amazing! Thanks for sharing, Patti!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dawn. It's really helped me.
DeletePatti, did I read this correctly.....you don't use moisturizer after you use the serum? Also, would you use this twice a day?
ReplyDeleteGena, I don't personally use moisturizer, but I never have. I've always had oily skin and we have such high humidity here that I've just never seemed to need it. If moisturizing is a regular part of your routine, you need to use it after you apply the serum. I'm sorry I didn't include that. You could use it twice a day, I normally just use it right before I put my foundation on.
DeleteDo you have a good recipe for a moisturizer to go with the serum? And which oil do you use in the serum, almond or Emu oil?
ReplyDeleteFlo, I don't have a moisturizer recipe, I'm sorry. I've used both emu and almond oil in mine and I like them both. I'll use almond next time, because I'm out of the emu and I have plenty of the almond.
